My bank awarded pip compensation of £1642.73 and sent a cheque to that value the cheque was made to mr &mrs j mercer which I could not cash as my wife died 2011 I returned cheque to Lloyd's and they are saying I am entitled to half of the said amount does the half they are keeping belong to the bank or me
Well I am at a loss as to why you are only entitled to half the sum. Your wife is entitled to her half (and your half) and this will form part of her estate. Happy to discuss. Please rate positive.
