have rented a house for five years and now have the oppurtunity to buy at a reduced price of £46.000 I will then sell straight away for £105.000 will I have to pa tax on that as I am going to inves in another property

Well it depends. If this is your home and you are buying the next property for yourself to live in as your primary home then you would not need to pay tax. Please rate positive.
