Granddaughter married in March 2015 Husband said he did not want any children when they came back from honeymoon Granddaughter gave him 3 options but he accepted none of them she left in July 2015 and in August 2015 he said he was in a relationship with another party it is now obvious that he had started this affair before their wedding Granddaughter would like an annulment rather than a divorce now is tis possible please

Yes they had lived together for 5yars
I see. It is about consummating the marriage rather than the relationship. If they did then the option in law of annulment is sadly not open to them and they would have to get divorced on the basis that the relationship has broken down. Happy to discuss. Please rate positive.
