A regular payment

Customer Question

A regular payment has been taken from my account in total so far £300 has been deducted. How can this be as I do not recollect agreeing to this I am 74 years of age and not yet doolally, Nationwide is looking into this matter and they have also asked that I contact you on this matter, JUST WHAT IS GOING ON??? The only reference I have is *********** I cannot afford these payments on my pension and I would like answers and a solution to your unauthorised payments from my account. An answer is required URGENTLY Regards ***** *****
