Is the IVA being managed by an insolvency practitioner?

Or a debt management company?

Insolvency company. And they have just received a refund of £7323.00

So that makes me back in debt of £7189.00

-Could you explain your situation a little more?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Ok been paying for last 5 yrs one of my debts was £9800.61. My husband paid £1970.42. The iva paid £7189.01 leaving a balance of £641.18.

The bank confirm that this was the balance and the iva company now think it's a revised claim of £641.18 and have asked/received a refund of £7323.37.

so the bank has confirmed I now owe them £7830.19.

What was the refund for?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

The IVA company think they have overpaid my debt, as they state I owed £9800.61 claim £641.18.

so that's all they want to pay is the £641.18 that's why they want a refund of all the money paid into the debt.

Now I owe £7830.19 as they still haven't paid that.
