I have had a ongoing argument with Fresh property, regarding

Customer Question

hello I have had a ongoing argument with Fresh property, regarding me breaching their sole selling rights when I sold my property in may of this year. I did break there agreement and introduce a seller with another agent but cancelled all proceedings when I found out I would have to pay both sets of fees.
They are saying that my buyer was introduced through a new estate agent who I eventually sold with during their agreement and I am liable to there full fee. however I have a letter from fresh property stating the names of the people who were introduced to me and if these people completed to the sale I would be liable, however the names on this letter are not the eventual buyer. I tried to follow the internal complaints procedure however fresh did not have one so I requested a letter of dead lock which I received only after being threatened with debt collectors to recover £2400 which I was still contesting. I would be grearfull if you could advise me what to do next many thanks

hello fresh property are still trying to collect there fee and I have told them that yes I did break there agreement but my buyer was not introduced during their agreement and I do not owe the fee I would like to know if I have to pay the fee as no evidence has been shown to me to say why they are demanding the fee

What happened to the buyer they introduced?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
I stopped the sale to the first buyer a Mr Ruso and a miss Oltean waited until I had completed the sole selling right period of 14 days and then a new buyer was introduced after this period. However Fresh property are claiming they told me that the eventual buyer who was Mrs Turvey was still introduced in their period of sole agency but have not produced any evidence to support this only a letter threatening debt collection if payment is not received. I didn't pay them the. Followed a comaints procedure and got a letter of dead lock

No Harrt estate agent who I sold with made sure it was after as they were aware of the situation when I told them to cancel the sale to the first buyers
