well we got contracted a job by the buliding firm to carry out plumbing works, we sent them a quote by email which they agreed by email . we made a payment plan and started the job , we got paid a few time then they stop. we asked why we wasn't being paid and they blamed that there client wasn't paying, so we packed up and left the site. we got a call from the building firms client asking us why we had left, we told them that we haven't received payments. They really liked our work so ask us to come back to finish off and said they will guarantee a payment to us if the building firm don't pay us they will (also have this in email ). we finished the job an neither has payed us. client of the building company is a investor
Ok. What would you like to know about this please?
