Customer Question

The ombudsman up held my claim from a bank with regards ***** ***** company, at the start I was still in business ,but with the heavy work load it took some time to look into ,in that time I had to put my company into voluntary liquidation but to the liquidators to pursue ,how dose this stand?

Thank you for your question.
If the claim was for the company then it vests in the liquidator who should pursue the bank to ensure that the ombudsman's decision is upheld. That is on the basis that the liquidator is the company's agent from his date of appointment.
Happy to discuss further if you have any specific issues.
