Will my benefit be effected if i marry a failed asylum seeker who is not allowed to work and has no recourse to public fund

Employment and support allowance
Housing benefit
Council tax benefit
Child benefit
Child tax credit

The only one of those which could be effected would be the Council Tax benefit - but you would have to check with your Local Authority to be certain.
Otherwise they will all still be paid.
