I have a CCJ which was satisfied within the timescales stand

I have a CCJ which was satisfied within the timescales stand on Registry Trust letter but they won't remove it due to a quirk in Scottish Law, affecting my ability to get a mortgage. Can you help?
Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
Was it a Scottish or E&W CCJ?

It was a scottish CCJ, satisfied within the dates stated on the Registry Trust letter. The issue is that in Scotland the Decree has to be extracted which takes 14 days and these hidden days count as part of the total 28 day period, despite what it says on the RT letter.
It is causing me serious problems and it needs to get revoked and moved of my file.
