Customer Question

Good morning;
My Father recently received a letter from a debt collection agency (Transcom) working on behalf of e-bay demanding the sum of £115 for allegedly their fee's in relation to his sales of designer clothing. My Father is 79 years old certainly not into designer clothes nor 100% computer literate.
I have written to Transcom and had numerous telephone conversations with them, I have also provided a crime number (obtained from on line fraud website).
Their letter was incorrectly addressed, correct road, wrong number, the log in details for e-bay they maintain is my Fathers is incorrect as is the e-mail address.
Having telephoned e-bay they confirm my fathers legitimate account (the only account) they have on record for him is 100% ok nothing owed.
to summarise;
1.Letter received October 2015
2.Letter returned detailing facts and crime number
3.All Telephone conversations timed dated and documented.
4.All details that Transcom provided do not relate to my Fathers e-bay account
5.I have requested the internet Protocol address of the person carrying out the transactions they say that they do not have this.
6. Surely the IP address will prove my fathers innocence
7. Please can you advise next course of action ? They (Transcom) maintain this is not Fraud
