I would be most grateful if you could view the two documents on the links below, and explain to me what sections 4 (Fees) on p1 and section 7 (Limitations of Our Liability) on p2 mean in layman terms please.

If they win anything for you from HMRC you will pay them 40% plus VAT (So in effect 48%)
If it all goes wrong and you want to sue them, you can only sue them for the 40% plus VAT at most, nothing more.
