Hi. 74/50 mph carries 4 to 6 penalty points or 7 - 28 days immediate ban plus a fine and costs. As the speed is towards the higher end of the sentencing bracket the court might impose 5 points so long as there are no aggravating featured eg accident. Endorsing points is obligatory. Disqualification is discretionary depending on your history and circumstances of the speeding.
