This is quite an embarrassing question self,

This is quite an embarrassing question for my self, I recently met someone who off the internet who said he wanted to be my 'cash slave'. Basically as part of his fetish I would be a dominant figure and he would buy me gifts. So we met and it was fine, i've later found out he didn't actually purchase the stuff and lied to me, essentially manipulating me. The advice I need though isn't around that, that was just to give a background on what happened.
The man is a teacher at prestigious private school, he's done this before to people which i've just found out and will continue to do this. To stop people feeling as low as I feel right now, used and manipulated I felt I should expose him for what he's been doing. A man in authority such as a teacher shouldn't be doing these things and working around children. I've spoke to a tabloid who seem happy to pay for the story. Would there be any legal implications to this? He said to me it's blackmail but I can't see how it would be as I don't want anything other to than expose him for the person he is.
He has actually tried to turn this on me by saying that he's ill and when we met he said to me he had seen his psychologist and that I didn't care about his mental wellbeing before hand. This isn't true though as before we met I asked him if he was sane, yes was his reply, and that he wasn't doing anything irrational, he said no, so I only had his word to go off, I had thought the fetish itself was strange but I didn't put it down to any issue as I was going off his word.
Apologies if this sounds weird, it's even weirder for me.

Hi Alex,Essentially I just want to expose this man. He's done this before to people and will continue to do this to people and he can't keep getting away with it. He's a person in an authority figure and people like him should be in those positions and around children. Thanks
Yes you can. As long as what you are saying is true you can expose him. There are no legal implications if what you are saying is true.
You can't stop someone attempting to sue you, but you can defeat any claim as long as it is true and I assume you have evidence?
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Hi Alex,Yes I have evidence to back up everything i'll be saying and is the 100% truth. He has said to me he has some psychological issues though, a mild form of autism I think. Could that affect anything?Dan
No not at all. I assume he is not suffering from an illness of the mind so it does not change anything.
Does that help?

As far as I know, no. Before we met, as I thought it was a weird situation, I asked him if he was sane and wasn't doing something irrational to which he said he was fine and wasn't doing anything irrational so I only had his word to go off. I didn't know he had this mild form of autism at this point. When we met for a drink he did briefly mention he has a psychologist but didn't say what for so I just ignored it, I still don't know what for either. That wouldn't affect anything would it?Thanks
No not at all.
Is that ok?

Thanks Alex, that's really helpful. I am unsure what to do though as you did say I couldn't stop him from suing me, financially I couldn't afford to be sued or the legal bills that come with it. My last question is that I take it being sued is expensive?
No, it would have to be in the high court so he is looking at least. £15 k to bring a claim.
Don't be worried by it, if it's true you are ok.
Does that help?
