unfortunately lost all paper work having moved houses. It is in the thousands though because my loans were for a substantial amount of money

When getting out the loans I always disputed the PPI payment as I was already insured by numerous companies covering the same thing. Both advisers said without PPI I would not get the loan. Entrapment comes to mind. !
