Customer Question

The buyer is trying to claim after the sale of my house the value of chandeliers that were in the property. He was told that they were not going to be left when he viewed the property. I only stated light fittings being left on the list the solicitor gave me to fill in. When I removed the chandeliers I left a ceiling rose and fitting and bulb which all worked before I left.
