i have a secure tenancy with a letter also stating i will not be downsized as i lost my husband aug 2 2015 we was married 38 years and always lived in our 3 bed house, i look after my 29yr old disabled daughter will i keep my house after david cameron places the abolish law of secure tenancy's only i keep reading this will only effect the new secure tenancy's not the ones that already have it can you help please as i am at my witts end many thanks

Hello. I am a solicitor with 20 years experience. I will try to answer this for you. No you will not lose it, the new law will prevent new secure tenancies being granted. I will not abolish existing ones.

hello i never pressed the £20 button i only pressed the £3 nomimal fee button but you have taken £20 from my account i have phoned the bank and they have placed a block on any more money being taken can you explain why this has happened? and will i get a refund i have shown the bank the details kind regards jean
