My Ex partner (cannot prove this), took out lots of payday

Customer Question

My Ex partner (cannot prove this), took out lots of payday loans and low end credit cards using my details and most have defaulted and I am trying to get them removed from my credit file.
The problem is at the time this happened he was violent and was making threats to myself, at one point he was detained by police trying to break in to my house. With the threat of court action I let these loan payments for one lender go out of my bank and now i'm in a vicious circle and particularly worried that if I approach the loan company they won't believe me. The other matters i didn't know about until I looked at my credit file so no payments were made on those. What is the best course of action for the loan I started to pay?
