Just moved in to new rental property signs that landlord / agent has covered up signs of damp and asked directly via email if there have been issues with neighbour over shared driveway to which they advised not by email.
Been here less than a month and asthma worse than in 20 years and neighbours being rude to visitors already. Do I potentially have a case for misrepresentation as want out of the fixed term agreement?
