Customer Question

My daughter purchased an end terraced house because although small it was the largest of the three gardens. The builder provided access to the middle terrace via a path behind the opposite end of terrace house. All three houses were purchased 11 years ago with this arrangement
Now the opposite end house has been sold and the new owners have removed the access to the middle house and extended their garden. It now transpires that on the land registry diagram the access is shown through our daughters garden and the middle house is demNing that access. This will significantly reduce the size of the garden and necessitate the repositioning of an oil rank concrete base and landscaping plus who pays? Pod
