I was living at that address only for 2 months - renting while waiting on completion of my new house. I had notified them when I left (it was water utility supplier) but they haven't updated their system and then over nearly 1.5 years they did ccj on me and sent it to the rental address. When I tried to apply for mortgage, it shown on my credit report hence I know about it and can't get mortgage. I also prove to the water supplier of the dates when I left so they applied to set the ccj aside but they sent incorrect fee to the court and now they have to reapply.
