Customer Question

I recently vacated a rental property, and having ordered a quantity of calor gas that was delivered into the tank on the property, upon leaving, some 880 litres of LPG were left in the tank. The landlord let the property and a new tenant is in residence and would be using the gas.
Calor gas are saying that as I ordered it and it was part of the Contract I signed, I must pay for it.
Their terms and conditions say "The gas becomes my property once i pay for it" I have not as yet paid for it and suggested they contact the existing tenant for payment.
I cannot access the gas nor use it.
