I have a footpath leading into the down stairs flat which I own through a set of patio doors . When I purchased the flat some 10 years ago the path was in place. I am disabled and this route into my flat makes it very easy. The managing agent is now wanting to remove the path and grass the area . What is my legal rights on this issue as by removing the path it would force me to move
