Do you respond here? Should I look for your response in my email?
It depends on the nature of the incident but if this is an accident then they will have to disclose their witness statements or CCTV no less than 7 days before the trial.Usually they will disclose at the time of first appearance. Can I clarify anything for you?Jo

What do you mean by first appearance?
The nature is they claim I hit a car in a car park.
At the time of first appearance - the summons date. I would imagine there are probably witnesses then. It is possible it could be an ID by CCTV.

Thank you. Your answer has been clarified. I understand I will not get disclosure prior to attending court.
They may send out disclosure early. Sometimes they do. But you cannot demand it.
