Customer Question

My question is: how is it that an offence constitutes a domestic violence offence on the Police National Computer? Are offences listed as the convictions/cautions themselves, i.e. ABH or common assault, or is the fact that these were classed as domestic violence offences evident? Also, is this indicated on a DBS check?
