A neighbour has erected a 14ft trampoline close to my property

a neighbour has erected a 14ft trampoline close to my property (less than 15ft away) and overlooking my living space and garden leaving me with little or no privacy. is there anything I can do
Hello, I am a solicitor with 20 years experience. I will try to help you with this. I am afraid that there is nothing you can do about this unless there is a specific covenant preventing this sort of conduct in their deeds which I doubt. There is no general right to privacy in a garden I am afraid.

Mostly I am concerned they look straight into my conservatory which for 6-7 months of the year is my main living space. Can they really take my privacy away?
I am afraid that they can.
