I have been waiting 3 years landlord/agent

Customer Question

i have been waiting for over 3 years for my landlord/agent to renew my tenancy agreement. Always paying my rent on time every month throughout. Now eventually they are going to renew as they are increasing my rent by £100 per month. The agent wants to charge my £55 for the paperwork. Is it not the landlords responsibility to pay for the paperwork? Thanks
