My 10month old had an accident at nursery, we were advised

This answer was rated:

My 10month old had an accident at nursery, we were advised he pulled a chair on top of him and he hit his head. I have since found out the staff have lied and he was left unsupervised strapped into a chair and somehow rocked the chair causing his head to hit the floor. The member of staff that left him unsupervised has been dismissed but the nursery have repeatedly lied and covered their backsides, as well as coercion and lying on the incident form. I have reported this to ofsted and children's services but want to know if I can take the matter further legally. I think the staff involved should be sacked and struck off the children's register. Please help. Thanks
