have signed up to sell house with estate agent who has now gone into administration with a pre-packaged sale so still trading under same name. Is my contract with original company still valid?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.

What happened to the old company as a result? Is the new company the same name?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
old company collapsed into administration, new company same name but new owners.

Ok - then you are not bound. The contract died with the OLD company.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
