The Property Management company is refusing to let me see

Customer Question

The Property Management company is refusing to let me see the surveyors and engineers report regarding the demolishion of walls of the flat below mine I am a long term freeholder of a flat at Randolph ave London, where I wand to renovate my bathroom.
Reputable Plumbers firm is not willing to carry on work without seeing the documents, there is a sloping floor and they fear that the work may cause a further damage.
How can I proceed, is there any law which empowers me to demand those documents?
