My mobile phone provider is Vodaphone, I have a monthly contract that has 8 months to run. On April the 8th until May the 13th I could not get a signal, other than SOS calls only. I contacted them 3 times to try to get back on line, to no avail. I then wrote to them to state I was cancelling my contract. Vodaphone wrote back stating I need to keep paying the contract whether I use it or not, can you let me know if this is legal?
