IF I BRING A CASE TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR AN UN PAID DEBT AND MY DEBTOR HAS A FRIEND WITHDRAW CASH FROM HIS BANK ACCOUNT TO LOAN MY DEBTOR AND SAYS HE WITNESSED THE DEBT BEING PAID, WILL THIS PROVE IT'S BEEN PAID EVEN THOUGH IT HASNT. WOULD THEY NOT NEED A CASH RECIEPT FROM MYSELF ? THANKS

No, they wouldn't need a receipt.

Yes, this evidence could be accepted. It is possible that a judge could believe their lies.

That isn't really a reason not to try though. You may well be believed, they may not lie.

But it is possible that you could lose on this basis.

As I thought. But I think I will proceed as if this was the case no one would settle their debts they would just get friends to create false money trails. In your opinion what would be my percentage of winning a case like this ?
