I am looking to rent a house, I was first to view the property and submitted my application. The landlord is on holiday and the property is still on the market.
Should the estate agents take down the property as my application has been submitted or the property should say pending let agreement

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

Just to be clear no tenancy agreement has been signed yet?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi Alex, nothing signed, I has submitted application and references

Ok - then sadly no, there is nothing to say that the Landlord should take it down.

Either party can pull out at any time until the contract has been signed by both the tenant and Landlord. Then and only then is it legally binding.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

i think that is all i need clarifying, thank you
