I have exceeded the 30 MPH area by 12 mph (42mph) the offence was on the 17th May and I received the NIP on the 9th June, this means its outside the 14 day instruction time, is this correct and what should I do next?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.

What is the DATE of the NIP and are you the registered keeper please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The NIp is dated 9-6-16 the date I received it from my company was the 10-6-16
The car is register to my company, I am the driver. The insistent was 17-5-16

Ok then its out of time. It must be dated with 14 days and is therefore out of time.

You need to reply back and say its out of time.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Just that it needs to be served within 14 days. That's it.
