Customer Question

I ceased dealing with Scottish Power in December 2015, this covered both gas and electricity.I paid by direct debit and asked for a bill to cover usage.Aftwr several telephone calls I just left it to drift on. I was amazed when out of the blue came a letter from Scottish Power saying I owed them an amount of £26.32 foe electricity. I rang them straight away to provide a final Gas/electric bill which was promised for the next day, needless to say it never came. I've since had several letters in the same vein and I am feeling the strain, I'm 88 years of age and can't stand anymore harassment which has now turned into menaces with an unpleasant letter from a debt collector. Please can you help me? Iwill pay with pleasure any amount due although if the account covers both gas and electricity there maybe a repayment to me. Thanyou so mucm
