Can one child get everything and the other get nothing

Can one child get everything and the other get nothing

Thank you for your question

My name is Clare

I shall do my best to help you but I need some further information first

Do you mean within a Will?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
my mother has told me that my sister and her children are giving everything and I am getting nothing, to date they have took all that was going, and have manipulated my mother in the will

Has your mother told you why she is doing this?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
MyMother has told me the will is not fair

But has she told you why she has chosen to do this?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Have you asked her?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No I have not, she is 80 and not well

It is possible in Northern Ireland to do this I am afraid.

However you can if necessary challenge the Will if you believe that your sister has exercised Undue Influence.
