What problems has all this caused?

If the sewage is not connected but how all the toilets functioning?

How has all this come to light?

Why does he think that the electric cable is the wrong size and not armoured? Do you mean an underground cable? The cable leading to the meter?

Did he have a structural survey done? What survey is it that you are referring to?

Where are the cables and gas pipes which are laid on top of each other?

What do you want to know about this?
