I was caught by mobile camera doing 81 on 70 mph dual

Hello. I was caught by mobile camera doing 81 on 70 mph dual carriageway. Was on inside lane and doing 70 ish and was overtaken by car who pulled in front of me, obviously saw camera vehicle and jammed on brakes directly in front of me. As a reaction and with no time to stop I swerved out to outer lane to avoid colliding with vehicle and increased speed to approx 80 momentarily to avoid accident. I then saw camera vehicle and understood why other driver jammed on brakes. Chance of defending it..? thank you.
