I have written an open letter to the defendants solcitors

Customer Question

I have written an open letter to the defendants solcitors pointing out the fact that the Defese does not comply with CPR 16.5. Basically the defendant has lied and I have, in this letter provided the proof. Can I reserve the right to shw this letter to the district judge. It is a small claim but the defendants are legally assisted probably through a business insurance policy.
