In late February I wasinvited to a police station where I made a statement containing great detail about improper touching of young woman of26 years who has epilepsy and mild learning difficulties.Over 6 mths there were 6 or 7 meetings at either home. Parents on discovering events did not complain because young woman consented to 76 year old man
touching her. A person with Parkinsons he had taken the drug Ropinerole for ten years with result that thought processes were impaired no other activity took place. police involved when mother took daughter to GP.police have now informed that a file is being prepared which prolongs the anxiety.What will be the charge and what might be the sentence?
