I have signed a contract with ITRA BUT HAVE NOT PAID ANY MONEY . I have agreed to pay on or before 19 July. Do I have to pay?
There appears to be no cooling off period in the contract.

Hello Brian my name is ***** ***** I will help you.

When did you sign please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Sorry about delay in responding, have been out a lot over last 36 hours. The contract was signed last Thursday at about 6 pm.Brian

Was it sent to you or did you sign on their premises?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
At their premises.

Ok, then legally you usually don't have any rights, as it was on premises.

Your only point to argue then it was timeshare related and therefore comes under the regulations which gives you 14 days cooling off period.

So you can argue you are entitled to that.

Can I clairfy anything for you about this today please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
If I do not pay using the lack of a cooling off period, what action can they take?On another matter does a 60 year contract pass to dependants? Can they refuse to take it on?

No it never passes on to dependants. If they refuse to rake cooling off they could only take you to court for loss of profit.

Does that clairfy? Alex
