Whilst on holiday Scottish Power took me off direct debit payment and sealed my gas meter[not instructed by me] after a plumbers bill of £60.00 and numerous emails it took over 2 weeks to reinstate and they offered £50.00 compensation which I refused,I then transferred to british gas asking for gas and electricity on direct debit payment and they keep telling me I am on pre-payment. I am 82 with many health problems and this ludicrous situation is driving me barmy.Please sort out these inefficient power companies.I am fed up with holding on the 'phone for ages
