I paid a deposit of £1384.00 for a timber building on 23/05/16 and received an order confirmation. I paid the balance of £2076.00 on request on 17/06/16. I have yet to receive a delivery date and have been told that if I 'tie them down to one' it will be 'months' before it is delivered. The initial verbal agreement had been 'average delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation'. How do I go about either getting the building delivered in the next 14 days or getting my money refunded?
