This answer was rated:

My bookkeeper accidentally paid an employee twice when she was leaving my employment.
I sent the parson asking for the return of the overpaid money. I received no reply.
I went through MCOL to have the money returned to me. A judgement was entered against her and the bailiffs have been involved, all to no avail.
She refuses to answer the door to the bailiffs who have now tried several times.
I cannot find out where she works, her car has finance, she is in a relationship with her partner and the apartment where she lives is in her partners name as I am sure are all the goods inside.
Is it a criminal offence not to return the money she knowingly knew was not hers?
Where do I go next?

I can assure you you were not put on hold.
The only call I received was from a gentlemen who asked if I was the person regarding paying someone twice, he then said oh just a minute I need to read the question again and then he hung up.
