We have a pub with a full maintenance lease they have done a dilapidation report which came out with repairs for £300000.00 to which we have said not going to happen anyway we have said we will leave by the 31st October quietly and they will give us our £10000.00 deposit back but my main question is as they are selling the building they now want us to allow viewings and we are not happy about this at all we have said the pub area is fine but the living private area is a problem for us where do we stand with this I'd like till know thanks
