My father passed away recently. My brother has found a will

Customer Question

My father passed away recently. My brother has found a will naming him as executor but this is dated many years ago and since its date both my other brother and mother passed, and I believe a new will was made. My brother refuses to instigate a wider search. Do I have any rights? I am not interested in my inheritance but do want whatever my father wished to be granted.

Whatever, the vast majority of people who actually bother to make a Will do not update it every time something happens. Unless there is something that suggests another Will exists that is the end of it.
