They accuse me that on diverse date from 28 June 2014 to 29 June 2015 I made false representation.
They are out of the six month time period.
Is it a good point?

Is this a fraud?

If so then that is either way so not subject to summary only time limits. Therefore the six month rule doesn't apply.
