I moved my telephone line and broadband from tak-talk to b.t.on the 25 july b.t. router did not arrive until 6 august.the service from b.t. cmmenced on 8 august.on monday i started having problems.on wenesday i cancelled my order with b.t. and was told i still had to pay £203.27 for telepuone line and broadband and £68 for their equipment.b.t.told me was passed my cooling off period that started 25 july. i thought cooling off periods started when service it right and legal that i have to pay for a cancelled service for the full duration of my contract.
