I bought a house and surrounding land that was at the time

Customer Question

I bought a house and surrounding land that was at the time unregistered. The boundaries were defined on a map provided by the vendor. Searches were carried out by a solicitor. The land registry do not want to accept that all of the land within the boundaries shown on the vendors map, including an outbuilding, forms part of the property. What can I do?

Have you asked the Land Registry why?.

I suspect it is because your map clashes with other information they have but until you know why thye are taking this view you cannot do anything.
