removal date from my driving record is 15.08.2022 I would like to appeal for reduction it .
I will be apply for high driving license in council but on my driving record (DVLA) is still my conviction .I know is possible to reduction after 5yers ,

reduction after 5yers from conviction date (DR10)

You can't have it removed from your record.

You can apply for a revocation of disqualification from the court. You do have to show a change of circumstances.

But the conviction will remain on your driving record at the DVLA until the spending period elapses.

Is that what you were asking?
